Some Guests do not see a Spinning Envelope

This sounds like some of your guests may have slow internet and/or outdated browsers. Our system automatically detects if the computer is too old (or the internet is too slow) to show the spinning animation and just shows a static version of the card to make sure the guest receives the information in a timely manner.

We fully support modern browsers, so those that do not see the spinning envelope should be a pretty small minority of your guests. If this does not seem to be the case, can you please send me a few examples of guests that are having issues so I can do more research?
